Mafia 90. The Tale of Oldforest.

I skimmed through the discussion.

In my opinion, no one should be targeted today because:
1) A real priest almost certainly knows who to attack tonight.
2) The probability of accidentally targeting a priest or some other important character is higher than the probability of the priest dying from a warlord's attack or killing the warlord.
3) There's so much information in the newspapers that we might get a lot of valuable intel the next day.

I didn't quite understand this:

The little dragon was walking carefree in the night. Suddenly, a mysterious glow from the forest caught her attention. Out of curiosity, she followed it and didn't notice that she had gotten lost in the swamp. She wandered around for a long time and almost drowned. Fortunately, the Witch found her and brought her home.

So, does this mean that Spark wanted to eliminate Kosh, but the Witch used her ultimate ability on her? Does that mean the Witch clearly knows that Kosh is innocent?
Or am I missing something in the discussion?
