Well, basically yes. If I mistakenly believe he's a Mafia member.

Let me help you figure out what happened on the second night.
How could the Werewolf have killed Neira? Either the Guardian or the Sorcerer redirected the attack.
But on that night, the Necromancer used his ultimate ability, so the Sorcerer is out.
That leaves the Guardian. Either they intended to kill Alexisgl, but swapped him with Neira, or they wanted to kill anyone, but the Guardian swapped Neira, who the Witch had robbed, with Ment. You already asked the Shaman about this, and he said it's impossible.
There's also the possibility that Ment wasn't robbed. The closest option is hypnosis. But that's the Fire Elemental's ability, and if that happened, the murder wouldn't have occurred at all.
Other non-detectable abilities don't fit the description at all.
