NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Is it possible to extract the part from that version of your mod that modifies the stats of the standard heroes and integrate it into this one? If not, can I modify these changes to the standard heroes' parameters myself? What should I read to do this? As I understand it, I only need to change the parameter values in some .txt files packed in .dat files, or create my own .txt files that modify these values, but I'm not familiar with how this works. If coding is required, I have a basic understanding of C; if that's enough, I can do it myself, just tell me where to find some kind of guide.

The problem is that in one file, where you can change the strength of heroes' abilities, many other things are also changed.

I think the main goal of the mod can be changed to:
- Make it so that both old and new heroes are always fun to play.

I suggest the following buffs for the Academy:
Jalib: instead of (40% + 2%*LVL), make it 100%. The Mirror already has a percentage chance to activate (10% + 2%*LVL). It can be countered with the Arena.
Nazir: Magic increases by Hero_Level/3, change it to Hero_Level/2.
Narhiz: additionally brings mages every week, according to: (Hero_Level * increase(5))/2.
Nura: instead of 1 mana per turn for every three levels, make it for every 2.
Ora: 0.05 to 0.1 per level.
Razzak: additionally brings golems every week, according to: (Hero_Level * increase(9))/2.
Faiz: instead of 10 damage for every 3 levels, now for every level.
Hafiz: I wouldn't give him anything at all
