This is unlikely, as the name of the faction often coincides with a low-tier unit.
For example: Humans, Dwarves, Elves, Orcs, Barbarians...
And then there are various characters, mythical creatures, even a Deity (the highest tier).
True, in different parts of the Heroes series, they are shuffled around, moved here and there, or disappear altogether, and new units appear.
And now imagine if an angel were a low-level creature – what nonsense that would be. There's a reason why the races of humans, dwarves, and orcs existed in fantasy. After all, originally, the majority of the population in fantasy worlds consisted of Peasants, Orcs, Dwarves, Elves, and maybe a couple of trolls, ogres, Rocs, Medusas, Ents, etc.
And, for example, there might be only 1, 2, or 5 Mages or Cyclops in a fantasy world.
