Do you think there might be a mafia influence at play? Actually, the absence of night kills makes me think that there might be a bad guy among the blocked players. Secondly, regardless of the execution results, it's always good to analyze the voting, who voted how and when (and here's a separate topic as a more illustrative example), and not just who voted how, but also what they said in the thread.
We don't have a separate topic for this on our forum either, although some GMs have started practicing it. It's just that on the forum, the mafia doesn't just storm the hanging, but can also create the appearance of such a mafia storm. For example, player X is a mafia member, and a couple of votes appear against him, so the mafia starts aggressively pushing, and then the town starts panicking, saying that the mafia is starting to eliminate town members, taking the mafia off the hanging. I've recently started to like analyzing the voting separately.
