Mafia 90. The Tale of Oldforest.

We need to create a Mafia game based on Skyrim. We can populate the city with random characters, members of the Companions, Winterhold, the M'Aiq, and other factions, and create two Mafia groups: thieves and thugs. The serial killer role can be assigned to the Dragonborn.
Alternatively, we can focus on the civil war. But the Dragonborn should still be the serial killer.
