[+] Added support (automatic detection) for English SoD 3.0
[+] The tooltip for a visited university now lists the skills available there.
[+] Added a new 32-bit True (stretchable) Nx renderer, which includes new image scaling filters - xBRZ and UltraSaI (modified, improved SuperSaI) as a less high-quality but faster alternative to xBRZ.
The greater the scaling (the closer to 2x), the higher the image quality (compared to the bilinear filter).
These filters are much more demanding on computer performance (CPU speed and RAM) than bilinear.
The < Graphics.Nx.Threads > tweak determines how many threads the filters will use for calculations. The default value is the maximum - 8 (however, the number of threads that will actually be used is limited by the number of cores in the processor (more precisely, the number of virtual processors in the system). Reducing this value can reduce the load on the processor, but at the expense of reducing the filtering speed.
This is a beta release because the project was compiled in a new VC++ 2013 express environment for me (instead of VC++ 2008 express previously), and there wasn't enough time for testing.
Direct link (the update is installed manually on 3.807, rollback is possible)
I would like to hear feedback on how the new filters work on different computer configurations.
