I don't know how this mod affects the AI's intelligence, but its bugs are obvious even to the naked eye. The messed-up interface is one of them. Besides that, the game becomes much less stable, and the chance of it crashing increases. Also, this mod doesn't include all the new features of version 3.1, including some scripted functions, which may create problems when playing some maps that require version 3.1.
