If I were the GM, I would phrase these questions in such a way that their original meaning would reach, at best, only the person being questioned.

I can assume that the meaning of the questions would reach not only the person being questioned, but also all those who were questioned earlier. In the previous game, the journalist asked everyone the same questions.
