The conclusion is incorrect. The ban is based on "I DON'T WANT." We (moderators and admins) don't want to see respected people insulting each other. We don't want to give you violation points (which is our direct responsibility on the forum). We don't want to ban players whose emotions are running high and whom we can't bring to their senses through personal conversations. We don't want players to refuse to play in tournaments after a conflict here, due to political reasons (this has happened in my tournaments). We don't want there to be a war here.
