I request that an arbitrator be appointed for the second game in the match against the player Roger-ua. The game is saved, and I believe that my victory can be achieved within a maximum of three weeks. My opponent is hindering the completion of the game in every way possible, presumably because he doesn't see his chances and is trying to force a draw or a win by default, as he currently has more units. Additionally, I would like to add that I am available to play every evening from 5:00 PM onwards, starting this Sunday.
