New threat.

Good day. I liked the map, but I encountered some problems. What should I do with the Elven Scout when taking on the quest from the Oracle to retrieve the Tear of Ashi? I can't outrun him, and I can't kill him (7k Dragons, 13th month).
Or is this map not for those who want to explore every corner and defeat half of the neutral armies?
