If the map doesn't launch, do the following. Open the map in WinRAR, delete the UI file and textures, go to the Maps / multiplayer / Charleroy file, and delete the files with the DDS extension. It should launch. If you like the map, take a look at the next one - Carnac. It's available on this portal: http://www.maps4heroes.com/. If it doesn't launch, perform the same steps.
