Even just having a grenade in your pocket is already a crime; it's the mere fact of its presence, not the fact of its use or the threat of it.

The same applies to threats in real life – if such threats are discovered on forums, we contact law enforcement agencies at the person's place of residence, and there have been cases where forum trolls had unpleasant conversations with the valiant guardians of the law, who, by the way, really don't like false alarms.

Even so, the person who was bitten has every right to be indignant and demand compensation for moral damages from the dog's owner.
