The thought about new players occurred to me, the same as Sticky's. But who will implement it..

A noob who just started playing, but has watched streams, is taken. If they have no one to play with, they are advised to go somewhere and look for someone. That's how I, back in the day, recruited 5 people from GR into a Hamachi network for 256 players. Now they're on HeroesWorld.

Or we ourselves go there, play with noobs — they see that HeroesWorld is cool and come here themselves. And maybe someday the game Heroes 3 will become a sport.

Additionally, a chess player must also have good physical preparation, strange as it may sound. A physically undeveloped and weak person will not be able to conduct training sessions, sitting at the board, for many hours. And lastly — this is efficiency, self-organization, and drive.

After all, one has to prepare for competitions individually. Consequently, psychological attitude plays an important role in the eventual victory, especially if the opponents' skill is equal.
