As I understand it, among the ready and tested sets, there's the "Kill Bill" set you suggested (have you drawn conclusions from the "test run," and has Mafia had its capabilities slightly reduced?). And there's the Shaman set.

It seems like it's your turn first, and then you can decide among yourselves who starts.
Otherwise, it's really strange. There are so many ready sets, but no one is starting a game.
