Yeah, I heard about it, I watched Tvariny's stream. That's why I suggest not excluding them, but limiting them. For example, up to 2 legendary cards and up to 4 epic cards in a deck. Sometimes, 1 strong card is enough to turn the tide, and if there aren't many of these cards, the chances will be more equal.
It's not the number of strong cards that affects the victory, but their combination with other cards and how well one deck is matched against another. Limiting the number of legendaries and epics will simply eliminate control warriors and handlocks. Limiting it even more will eliminate even more decks.
