Opponent surrendered on their 212. Thanks for the game!
I played against the opponent's double, I have a swamp computer, which is even better than a double for Inferno. Start on the surface, level 2 built. At respawn, 2 external dwellings of demons, an external dwelling of pit fiends + an orb for 50% air damage. Adjacent zone to the center on lava, there is a Dragon Utopia and an observatory. I started very well, by the end of the week after clearing the computer I was already scouting the center.
On the second week I took both central towns and needed to take 3 hives in the visible zone, but Pyre stubbornly wouldn't give earth. I couldn't think of anything better than leveling Grindan, but there were few options for what to use. I fought a very sad battle, attacking 100+ water elementals with him, who got Haste and decided to defend around it, but I still experted earth magic and managed to kill the difficult guards of the hives. The opponent still hadn't shown up by the end of the second week. By the end of the second week I had 2 level 4 scrolls, Armageddon and Resurrection, and also started leveling Eislinn.
At the start of the third week I get GM4 and in it - Armageddon + Resurrection:smile20:
On the third week I was clearing the central treasure zone with the Inferno town and at the end of the week Eislinn was beaten into the main hero and I sent her to the Dragon Utopia in the adjacent zone (I needed money to upgrade the stack of efreets), after which I wanted to go to the opponent.
On 137 the opponent runs out into the center. On 141 I check the Dragon Utopia - 3, at this point it is a difficult fight for me, as I cannot bring meat units for feeding due to lack of money. Also on this turn I could have reached Gunnar with all my power and had a chain set up to upgrade the efreets and return back.
Gunnar had 70+ upgraded eyes, 5 angels, 16 efreets, and some small units. I had 35 efreets, 50 demons, and small units. I didn't dare to attack, which turned out to be a mistake in the end, because later I simply didn't get such a chance.
I entered the Dragon Utopia, had to take it through Resurrection - it gives a Black Orb, a gold bag, and a hat for 10 knowledge, and I'm left with no mana.
On my 141 the opponent runs towards the pink and violet computers.
Here I made the wrong decision, and he fooled me very well. I checked the saves - he had Basic Wisdom + Basic Earth and had GM4 with Town Portal. In the middle of the 4th week he took a computer town and through a double split learned Town Portal at home. And I spent half a week stupidly chasing him across the entire map. As a result, I didn't corner him, and he also got Dimension Door in GM5, recaptured one town in the central treasure zone, and appeared there. Obviously, chasing a mage against Gunnar with stats growing every turn, Town Portal, and Dimension Door is a waste of time.
Well played, thanks for the game.
