on turn 116, after losing most of my units at the Hive, I ended up with 124 hit points, equipped with boots, a logo, and a stable. I then moved to the Treasury with 7 Angels, 40 Vivians, and 4 Brown Bears, plus some meat. My stats were approximately 14-14-8-70.
On the same day, I found a +2 speed item, a level 5 hat, and managed to reach the central town. My opponent used Vivians and a Log to attack my Log, then offered a bribe and surrendered at the end of the turn.
