We spent a lot of time restarting, mainly due to repeated encounters. In the end, we played it out for luck. I got two native companions, but I didn't reach the first one, and the second one only helped by hiding archers on the respawn point. At the end of the second week, I spotted Tazhar's movements from the overview and ambushed him on day 131 while he was moving. The next day, an army with artifacts almost reached me on Ivore, and since I didn't have time to bring reinforcements, the battle would have ended badly, but I got my chance, ran to replenish my mana, and in the Fortress Battle, I was able to successfully tank while the archers fired.
