Having finally reached the fork, Clavius takes the box for the entire 4th level behind a hundred eyes, and on the next turn the opponent surrenders, his draw was unlucky. Well, he’ll surely tell the story himself.
Thanks for the game!
No restarts, and the split is only across 4 heroes, so naturally the opponent doesn’t take the restart :(. On 112 I freed Ain from prison + there was Enova, on 113 I found an elevator to the underground and another exit to the adjacent zone with the center via a roadless path. In the adjacent zone on lava there’s a lookout — it reveals 2 portals to the center nearby, an inner treasure zone on snow with nothing important, and part of a green computer’s respawn. I had little power, so I decided to try reaching my own castle on 121, but failed. There was a miner, I cut down Ain, but with my main I didn’t make it on 121 — overall I lost 3 days capturing a dungeon. By this time, I see neither altars nor hives in my part of the map.
On 123 I break through 2 portals to the center, the opponent isn’t visible yet, but with my actual army I can take only 1 hive. Well, then I freed the quest legs of the legion from 19 horses with heavy losses, crashed at the dungeon’s respawn, gave them up, and got 20k exp (cash would’ve been more useful), I head to the corner treasure zone, there’s nothing there either, and at that moment the opponent arrives in the center with 500 skeletons and 5+ angels, while I have basically no power at all. You’d have to be insane to keep running around)).
After surrendering, I revealed the map — on two respawns, two adjacent zones, a corner and inner treasure zone, there are no hives or altars at all) brutal.
The only correct move here was to go into the other central treasure zone with 2 angel dig spots right on the second week, but how was I supposed to know that...
Thanks for the game.
