Hero, who would you hang? Who do you think is the Mafia?

I answered this question about twenty hours ago.

I wouldn't like to repeat myself. I will hang a person based on adequate facts, evidence, and a table. For now, only Paley fits these three parameters, who is supposedly our friend. As for the others, the probability of them being Mafia is approximately the same, so I won't cast my vote randomly.
Personally, I am now trying to decipher the clues about the elf girl, and I advise others to do the same.
