He appears in the bottom right corner of the map immediately after capturing the dwarf city and moves to the same location as the heroes through a one-way portal. It's hard to miss him – it's the red player's turn.
So, it turned out that the red player didn't appear for me. Does he appear immediately, or after a few days? If not immediately, he might have simply not had time to appear. When I usually play the RedHeavenHero map, I try to act very quickly, not waiting for trouble. So, as soon as I received the task, I rushed to complete it without looking back.

NİKOLAY, do you have a save file of the battle with the dwarves? I need it to improve my skills. My entire tactic was based on mass confusion. Although, I don't know, maybe the "veteran" and "warrior" significantly differ in the number of dwarf troops or their characteristics.
Unfortunately, I didn't make a save file. I can say that my tactic was based on the hero's specialty and insane initiative (Empathy + Lion's Set), who, by that time, had been leveled up to, I think, level 32 or 33. Also, on the advantage in the number of creatures and a wand with the "Vampirism" spell, which I found on the map. I cast "Vampirism" on the champions, who lured out the enemy from behind the gates, and on the Archangels. Soldier's Luck, mass haste, and punishing strike – they hit and practically flawlessly stunned the enemy, primarily the enemy archers. Methodically, trying to minimize losses, I beat the enemy for 20-30 minutes. I lured out one squad at a time from behind the gates, and placed a block at the gates with Vendicators, on whom I also cast Vampirism. Since there was no dark magic, Vampirism didn't work very well, but it was enough. I don't understand why, but the Archangels couldn't resurrect everyone, and the new special ability of the Adepts from the mod didn't work at all in this battle. Apparently, the dwarf set didn't allow it. Well, something like that. Oh yes, I also had a shield with 50% fire protection, which saved me from the rare fire attacks of the enemy mages.
