Kostyakk might act like a mafia member, but I don't think he considers himself one. What's so "mafia-like" about searching for a troll, finding him, and wanting him severely punished? :)
I didn't see anything about Hekasan, or I simply didn't pay attention. Why did you come to that conclusion? It seems like he wasn't blocked even once, right?
