What would you change in Heroes of Might and Magic IV?
Is this something like what they came up with in Heroes of Might and Magic? An unnecessary, parasitic structure to complicate the game?
Heroes of Might and Magic never really appealed to me, but I also didn't particularly like the idea of units moving freely around the map without a hero. I suggested adding a commander, similar to a hero, but I doubt anyone would be interested in that.
Well, call it Chaos – the essence won't change.
What I didn't like about Chaos was the presence of thieves. I don't understand how they fit in with the medusas, minotaurs, orcs, and so on, all in the same castle.

The fourth heroes are not an add-on to the third.
The 5th and 6th heroes are not an add-on to the 3rd. And the 3rd and 2nd are not add-ons to the 1st heroes, but they all have towers and moats. Without towers and moats, it's harder for the defender and easier for the attacker.
What's so bad about Chaos?
The thieves and orcs were forgotten in Chaos.
Some textures actually look silly, for example, the hideous face of the same demon, but it doesn't affect the game in any way.
The appearance affects the first impression of the game; I think you wouldn't play if the devils had skeleton textures and the imps had hydra textures.
