Yes, that happened. My small underground respawn fit a Dragon Utopia and a pit external dwelling, there was no more room) On 115 I took my swamp companion, who didn't build anything except snakes. On 117 either ifrits were in the castle or pits in the citadel + an external dwelling. The next day the opponent surrendered. Thx for the game.
