3. On the second night, Alex was not blocked. This means he was targeted by the stone/troll. There is a 50% chance that the mafia exposed the troll. But the shaman's words suggest that the troll, not the stone, is the one being targeted.

In my opinion, this is enough to consider the shaman as a revealed mafia member.
