We restarted everything. I surrendered because the respawn is tiny, absolutely nothing except the Griffin Conservatory, a sawmill, and an ore pit. Starting army, considering rebuilding flyers: 40 Fairies, 10 Flyers, 3 Fish, 20 Gnolls, and 7 Lizardmen. Naturally, you can't go far with such an army; I moved where the guards allowed. Result: 3 days without rebuilding.
