Galtran came in — no questions about the map. Didn't explore the respawn much, the road to the portal was short, didn't find the stone mine, little gold, but plenty of other resources. All the guards were tough, various dwarves, centaurs, so in the first week I didn't necro much, gathered 150 skeletons. On the second week I go into a treasure zone, a couple of stacks of imps, lots of weak units, kill everything, necro, the game is looking better and better. I move on, see 2 Griffin Conservatories, the Cloak of the Necromancer. Still no money. On the third week I take the cloak, go for money into naga banks, skeletons already under 500. I take 2 level 3 Griffin Conservatories, and a minimal Dragon Fly Hive, aimed for the imp cache, leveled up Galtran (the progression was perfect). The opponent bursts in and kills my scout hero with the entire army, except for 6 angels (Galtran had them), though he's left with 450 skeletons. I attack with Galtran. I kill Isra. GG.

I had this kind of setup. Ivor came in on random with one stack of archers. Few archers, but there's a native hero with archers in the castle too. In the end, with building, I got 17 archers — was pleased. Then Isra comes in and I can't stop anymore. Necro'd, let's say, everything that could be necro'd. I thought, well, it all worked out quite nicely. I captured the AI on the first week. But the problem is, I don't see anything sweet on the map. No Dragon Fly Hives, no Griffin Conservatories either. Everywhere just useless Dwarf Cottages that didn't really help. I'm not even talking about Isra's leveling (see screenshot). In short, my spirits dropped a bit. But I remembered that the dads don't give up. I built Bears at the AI's, Citadel at home, sort of something, somehow. Had problems with speed, but no big deal. And lo and behold, on the 4th week I see a Griffin Conservatory, yeah, a Conservatory on the 4th — like a dad, right? Anyway it was a level 4. I take it with losses, no oil. And the leveling helped too. I break through to a new territory and see a Dragon Fly Hive. Well, that's another 8 ducks. Couldn't figure out what territory I was in until I broke through the portal and met the opp. I see it's not the main, but the entire army is on him. Well, I start a FB. My 400+ bones against the opp's 700+. Surprisingly won. And I'm satisfied, pulling back, thinking, now I'll necro a bit more, look for more Conservatories/Dragon Fly Hives if possible. But the opp decided to end it.
