Regarding the chambers, I can suggest this compromise. Once the number of clans within the League of Mapmakers reaches five or more, we can have three representatives from each clan. The leaders will be in the House of Lords, and the rest will be in the House of Commons. But for now, since there are only three clans in the League of Mapmakers, it doesn't make sense to complicate the structure. There won't be enough people.
