Inquisitor

I like the one with the hammer. Just remove the halo and make it look normal. You could also make it like the Fanatic from Heroes 3 or a monk draped in red with a mace.

No, I'm a supporter of conservatism, so we should keep the Inquisitor as he is in Heroes 3, like the Fanatic, or as in Heroes 4. And the red monk already exists, it's almost the same, and it's called an Adept :)
