Before creating polls about the rules, you need to create a poll on the topic: "Am I allowed to create polls?"
This poll will show what other players think, because I haven't seen such a topic on the forum where everyone could express their ideas about the game.
And what's wrong with my poll?

I suggest a poll to allow upgrading vampires in Necropolis, but have no more than 5 in the army. And so that the enhancer doesn't overproduce, some skeletons should be disbanded if it seems that there are too many.
What does your statement have to do with this topic? Unlike you, I am trying to argue for my change.
