In terms of the starting army, it was a super distribution: 17 elves and 50+ kents from the start. I broke through guards easily; on the very first day, I took the pegasus external dwelling. But the roads, oh those roads... on 113 I found a block to the portal consisting of 10-19 cavalrymen; I didn't touch them and ran in the only remaining direction through the underground, then back out via a portal, another day passed, and finally, I took the second castle—the Tower—on 116. There was a catastrophic lack of resources/money; from the treasury, I only took the minimum medusas. In the end, on the first day, I didn't even place any horses... Along the way, I found one level-1 cons, and two clues turned out to be 16 ducks. And there was a Dragon Utopia near the Tower guarded by 10-19 Titans (I broke through them without oil and without losses). A level-3 Dragon Utopia—what a Dragon Utopia—I took it and then surrendered right there.
Because there's no point wasting time on the opponent=)
Thanks for the game!

Shakti arrived with three stacks and two native heroes in the tavern; as a result, 180 troglodytes on 111. The roads were normal; on the first day, I found a block of 50-99 pegasi guarding a box and a besetnik; the box was empty (with magic). I broke through in another direction, which turned out to be the central zone, turned around, took the horned demon external dwelling, and with reinforcements, broke through the pegasi. Then I killed the native AI and went to the corner treasury. I took two level-2 cons and four hives for 22 ducks. The opponent wrote that he surrendered in the Dragon Utopia.
GG, thanks for the game!
