Approximate translation:
Welcome, my friends.
Today, I will tell you more about one of Ivan's advisors. While, for my own reasons, I decided not to reveal her identity immediately during the first sessions of this Shadow Council, many of you correctly guessed the name of the angel sitting at Ivan's table. It is indeed Murazel, the Guardian Angel of Hammerfall.
Murazel has lived for millennia – she fought in the Wars of the Ancients alongside archangels like Michael and Sandalphon and served as a witness and judge to many battles and events. Always serious, even overly so, speaking as if everything in life had paramount importance, she is obsessed with the truth and the accuracy of the events to which she relates. Known among her kind for her impartiality and her friendliness towards the younger races, she blames her people for the disappearance of the Shantiir, the "collateral damage" of the war against the Faceless. After the Twilight Pact cemented the truce between the children of Light and Darkness in blood and magic, Murazel was one of the first angels to leave the celestial cities of her kin to live among humans. Still fascinated by the Shantiir and their lost civilization, Murazel soon traveled to the city of Hammerfall, which was built over the ancient ruins of Shantiir far to the east.
Many times, Murazel had to ensure that the powerful secrets of the Shantiir did not fall into irresponsible and greedy hands. But she always tried not to disrupt the balance of power and intervened only as a judge and advisor. Until she broke her vow of neutrality and opposed the armies of Kyle the Falcon. After this incident, Murazel became officially unwelcome in the Empire, if not among the angels.
When she was invited by Archangel Sandalphon to join the Conclave of the New Dawn, she knew that her reputation for uncompromising honesty would serve to allay the suspicions of people who were still wary of angels since the Deception of Uriel. For the same reasons, not all members of the Conclave welcomed her arrival warmly. And her sudden disappearance after the murder of Sandalphon made her even more suspicious to some.
Once again engulfed in a world of lies, betrayal, and murder, Murazel quickly found herself deeply involved in protecting the weak and restoring the Holy Empire until it repeats the mistakes of the past. To achieve this, she needs a worthy human to rule it, and she has chosen Ivan as the most suitable candidate. Murazel still has many friends and allies among both humans and angels, and she is working to convince the reformist factions within the Church of Light to side with Ivan against Sheamus the Stag.
