Discussion of the format and rules for the upcoming Third Tournament of Elements.

Dear players, since we are going to hold the Third TE Championship, let me remind you of the words of the organizer of the TE Championships, the respected Y11, in the discussion thread of the second championship, back on the league:
Next, the system for choosing races in the next tournament will be decided by voting; I will accept suggestions until the end of this tournament
I suggest voting or renaming the tournament.

I am in favor of restrictions on templates and races.

The opinion has been heard. In the previous 2 TE championships, there were different rules each time, so I don't see a problem with this. The tournament will be held under the current name and according to the specified rules. I hope for the understanding of the participants! I will also add an opinion - the TE Championship is a special tournament in which there should be a minimum of restrictions. If you want to play a themed tournament like "undead against dungeon on the M3 template" or something similar, nothing will prevent you from doing so after or even at the same time as the championship.
