I had 3 cons on my base, took a level 1 unit at the beginning of turn 2, and the other two maxed out units that I couldn't handle because my earth magic was underdeveloped. My opponent had a strong Kirill. There wasn't much of a choice, so I went into the treasure room where I was defeated by 99 pits. As it turned out, my opponent had Kirill with a diploma and he was rushing into the central treasure room, joining a bunch of strong units, while I had nothing standard. So, there was no chance anyway, so it's better that I didn't drag it out.
