Discussion of the format and rules for the upcoming Third Tournament of Elements.

I don't like unnecessary complications with the rules and scoring. We started with a round-robin format, and now we've ended up with a Swiss system. I don't want to be disappointed. What's with this obsession with Alex and "maximum hassle with the rules," and then you yourselves don't always understand who's right and who's wrong – I've noticed it many times. Just run a tournament with minimal complications, where everyone plays everyone else with full scoring, and everyone will participate. No need for any polls!
P.S. We used to play with full scoring, and there were many participants. Then you started messing around with the rules, and I think that's one of the reasons why the number of players in tournaments has decreased so sharply!
