Discussion of the format and rules for the upcoming Third Tournament of Elements.

So, what’s the point of creating a thread about registering for some unclear tournament? And then figuring out how to play it. It’s better to decide how the tournament will be played first, and then invite people to register. I understand Kila; he wanted to do what’s best, but as far as I know, there are as many opinions as there are people, and the community would decide for itself whether it’s worth registering for this tournament or not. That’s my opinion.
