Discussion of the format and rules for the upcoming Third Tournament of Elements.

I don't mind: a compromise and an original tournament scheme...
We randomly draw up a list, and for the first round, we form pairs 1-7, 2-8, 3-9, and so on. Then, as usual, we create pairs based on the equality of points scored by players in the previous round.
From the 2nd round, we can do it like this:
- 1st option: Swiss system with the Buchholz coefficient,
- 2nd option: full double-elimination system.
