Great draw. On 1 I upgraded dogs, cleared a bunch of gold + external market = bears in the castle + bought out + upgraded birds. 122 Griffin Conservatory 2-4 (2). Leveling was Earth Log, at 125 +2 speed in the center and Dragon Fly Hive on 8. Took a couple more Dwarf Cottages, cleared some resources, at 131 planned to build 5 Griffins. A little later Kyrre ran in without an army, followed by a surrender.
