It gave a rare spawn, with one road leading to a corner adjacent zone. The adjacent zone has 2 conservatories and a Hive and 2 roads, which is good. I took the computer on 116, it has a convenient passage through the lift into the adjacent zone connected to the center.
On the second turn, I went to take conservatories and Hives in my part of the map, and placed Giants in the Castle.
On the third turn, I bought 3 Giants and went with Solmyr to respawn through off-road terrain to look for gold and just scout, and I found 2 external dwellings of Giants and a conservatory, checked it — it was max stats. I teleported home and collected all that loot by the end of the week.
On the 4th turn, I captured the Cloak of the Unrepentant in the central adjacent zone and went into one of the central triple zones, where I met my opponent. There was a huge advantage in army size and no real point in a first strike, so he surrendered, gg.

an unusually poor spawn, I only found 1 external dwelling for 4 vision towers on my own respawn, and I scouted 2 adjacent zones but it would take a week to reach them, the only conservatory 2 was found on the 4th week a day before meeting the opponent and that was against his 10, I won't even mention the rest =).
