Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

I've been reading here about the insistence on replaying turns because of an alleged hit-run.
We're doing great... :smile13:
I am amazed how someone, having been in the same situation (Dragon Utopia) and feeling all the cretinism of the person insisting on a replay for Dragon Utopia, can repeat this against another opponent.
The tournament isn't for money, and it's not even certain that a title will be awarded, so why engage in this filth? Moreover, to do it consciously, knowing exactly how the opponent will feel.
On stream, togonash entered the mill without breaking through the guards, then worried about it, but didn't write гг and didn't tell the opponent. In other words, it's not a matter of principle, but simply dirty play. No fair play at all, tearing throats out for a victory in a fan tournament with no prize. :smile12:

I read a quote in someone's signature saying that the Heroes community is built on trust and understanding. True story... or not?
