Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

As I was explained in response to a similar question, "am I supposed to turn the other cheek like in the Bible?!". That is, people don't even consider the difference between the principles of "an eye for an eye" and "they messed with you - mess with them back, let's all live in the mud." Forget it, it's pointless...
You're right, these aren't principles at all, it's just a complete disregard for mutual respect and fair, open gameplay...
