The most important thing is to quickly build trolls, and he becomes the strongest :)
I still remember that game on HotS. My friend chose Small and I took Barbarian against a Warlock, built trolls, and had Ogres.
He easily defeated me with his 2-3 tier units without using Maze.
He was so scared when he saw the trolls that he decided to attack... :)
