From the start I got Mullich, but after Nagash picked Offense from the Sage, I decided it was a sign and appointed him to the folder. It drew quite acceptably — lots of gold, 4 Dragon Fly Hives, a Griffin Conservatory, and an Angel dwelling. Though I noticed the latter too late and only took it on day 121. In the end I got 24 Wyverns, 6 Angels, and various small fry. My gut feeling didn't fail me — Nagash took Earth and Expert Earth, and advanced Armor — a true warrior, just lousy stats.
On day 122, grabbing Gloves and Boots with Oil and 100 mana, I broke 2 Bone Dragons and Unicorns, and revealed the opponent's GO, which blocks the central town — Sultans, Wizards, and Titans. The initial desire to go for a rush immediately faded. I took a Dragon Utopia in the center with the loss of half my Wyverns — a level 5 Cap, Plate Mail, and Orb of Vulnerability. Immediately Dimension Door further into the center, 15 mana left, 50+ Sultans on the road. Well, I think, I cast Fly and go regen mana in the 2nd central town. Naturally, the 2nd town also turns out to be blocked by 20+ Bone Dragons. I realize I'm trapped in the center with an army and no mana, so I skip a turn looking for a prison with easy guards.
On day 125 I finally decide to fight the Bone Dragons — I eke by on a sliver with 4 Angels. Immediately moved those Angels home via the hero from the prison to make Archangels, and built a Mage Guild in the central dungeon.
Meanwhile, Kyrre breaks the Titans and lands in the 2nd central dungeon, apparently to refill mana on 4 Pegasi. I manage to reach with Fly using Mullich on 4 Archangels, cut off Kyrre, set up a Whirlpool, and Dimension Door back to the center. Then I made 500 mana for Nagash, collected boxes in the center for 30 Manticores and lots of experience, a couple of Dragon Utopias, and then went with Mullich to finish off the opponent. The opponent apparently tried to find fortune at respawns, and finding nothing interesting, surrendered. Thanks for the game!
