Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

There are many cases, but if we analyze each one to determine whether it's a valid argument or not, we'll go crazy.

I apologize, but what is the purpose of the Appeals Committee (AC) then? To quote the rules? Surely, we're not all that unintelligent; we can read ourselves.

And here, since we're on the topic – a case is NOT every instance. Is it really that difficult to understand the point I'm trying to make:

IF THERE CAN THEORETICALLY BE NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ROUND 1 AND ROUND 2 OF A BATTLE – WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE IN WHICH OF THEM YOU FLEE??? It's simply a matter of saving time. I don't know about others, but I'm incredibly annoyed by how all these newbies spend hours moving units around in battles that don't matter. I (and all serious players) do absolutely unimportant things as quickly as possible – and this is a sign of RESPECT FOR THE OPPONENT.

In short, if the decision in this case is not in my favor, the conclusion will be one thing: this is a gathering of formalists, not a Heroes community. And what is happening here has only an indirect relation to Heroes. Any sane person will be on my side.
