Vatya, what you're suggesting is so informal that it will lead to petty squabbles... it's better for them to be angry about the rules than about each other, in my opinion. Luna, by the way, is a killer; in 50%+ of scenarios, she can defeat all the other specialists combined, it's just that people haven't figured out how to play against her yet. And I agree about the red rush; I would also cancel the rest-by-meeting rule – no one has used it for its intended purpose in my memory; often, people rest "just in case" as a form of underhanded tactic.

People used to get angry during the Wild West era, and that's where these rules came from. Now, there's a trend towards abolishing all sorts of rules that help tech-savvy players dominate, and I'm all for this trend.

Rest-by-meeting is also a CM (Competitive Mode) prerogative; it originated there, when GO (Global Offensive) is played on a rough map, so I immediately suggest a rest-by-meeting in such cases. Because it will happen with a 90% probability; what's the point of running around for an extra hour and a half? And it can be left in the rules; it doesn't affect tech-savvy players.
