Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

We could have waited. I'm not saying that Lizard acted 100% correctly, and I'm not advising everyone to do the same. It's just that, in the end, his action, although it turned out to be a formal violation of the rules, didn't change anything. Perhaps it should be punished in some way (although I don't know how :)), but to order a replay because of this... The scale of the offense and the punishment are absolutely disproportionate.
