Which castle is the most advantageous to play as?

I don't understand how to properly develop Castles. When I play offline, I upgrade the Capitol and then focus on building an army. When I play online, I lose using this strategy. How should I properly develop a Castle? (I'm a beginner, so I play on difficulty levels 2-4).

I discovered Heroes 3 online by chance, stumbling upon a stream (on the goodgame.ru website). From there, I moved on to heroes3.tv.
I remember being surprised, thinking, "They're even streaming Heroes now!" =))) And since I spent my entire childhood playing Heroes and basically know the game inside and out, I decided to watch a game against the AI.
My surprise (honestly) was boundless. Heroes online is completely different; it's something new.
I got really hooked, almost like an addiction. I wanted to watch more and more, discuss things in the chat, and ask questions! If you had looked into my eyes at that time, you would have seen that 12-14-year-old boy who couldn't be torn away from the computer. =)))
That's how I started playing myself.
My advice: be sure to watch streams, don't be afraid to ask questions, and you will be rewarded.
