Discussion of CIS-2015 details

What the hell? I spoke with Sasha Horn in August. He clearly told me: "Eric, the next CIS event will be in St. Petersburg." Horn is a serious guy; I've never known him to talk nonsense.
I've already arranged accommodation for the whole family with some acquaintances and was planning to go.
I ended up in the hospital for an examination for a week, and now I see this. The topic has been renamed, and Horn apparently didn't say anything about St. Petersburg or Volgograd anymore.

It's not a big deal for me; I won't start a fight, I'll cancel the apartment rental, there's still plenty of time. But it's strange; I opened a topic that was detrimental to myself.
